Project Manager

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Actively comply, enforce, and participate in Tampnet HSEQ policies and procedures

• Liaison between project sponsor(s) and Tampnet operations and sales

• Represent Tampnet as needed to foster working relationships with clients

• Act as a technical representative to support sales team

• Lead the development of project plans

• Lead the execution of project plans

• Assist in the execution of project as needed

• Manage all documentation related to project

• Lead the representation of the project internally through verbal and written correspondence

• Lead the representation of the project externally through verbal and written correspondence

• Lead the development, analysis, and reporting of project KPIs

• Manage project budgets through Tampnet sponsored software and accounting practices

• Work closely with support teams to ensure proper execution of the project

• Act as point of contact for project execution resources

• Travel to project locations as needed

• Lead or participate in after action reviews of network performance

• Contribute to a positive work environment in the team / department

• Participate in emergency response team as necessary

• Perform other technical tasks within his/her area of expertise

Qualification requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Minimum 6 years’ experience in Project Management

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Gulf of America communications environment

• Very high degree of analytical skills for development and execution of primary and secondary plans

• Very high degree of business acumen to represent Tampnet in business settings

• Very high tolerance for changing priorities

• Very high degree of accountability for project status
