Job requirements
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
Design and implement improvements of the IP/MPLS infrastructure and SDWAN solutions
Support installation of network equipment such as SDWAN, Nokia Routers, Cisco switches, and Access Points
Developing and producing system architecture plans and designs, test plans, implementation plans, operation guides, and offering overall subject matter expertise for enterprise network solutions
Design and improvements of the Network Services Architecture
Collaborate with the various technical verticals such as LoS, Optical, LTE, MPLS, and Fiber
Provide Tier 3 support for advanced troubleshooting of network or system-related issues
Monitor overall network performance and initiate projects to improve network monitoring and OSS
Participate in projects as required
Participate in Sales calls and designing customer solutions
Analyzing network events/incidents & problem solving
Perform hands-on technical support
Occasional travel between sites for upgrades and installations
Contribute to a positive work environment in the team/department
Perform other technical tasks within his/her area of expertise
Qualification Requirements
Education: Higher education at Bachelor’s level or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Versa, Nokia or other network hardware and software
Certifications such as Nokia NRS I & II, Cisco CCNA or CCNP, NSE, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
